Great News for Florida Lenders

for Auto Dealers and Financial on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 by Mike Samaan

The Florida Notice to Surrender and Surrender Stop Process is back!

In late June, a bill reinstating the Florida Notice to Surrender and Surrender Stop Process was approved by the governor. Now, the Notice to Surrender letter is available in your ADD account! Create and mail Notice to Surrender letters through your ADD ELT manifest, or by way of your Search DMV123 tab.

ADD has adapted its industry-leading DirectPost-Office (DPO) service to mail out your Florida Notice to Surrender letter by either electronic Certificate of Mailing or electronic Certified Mail, keeping you compliant with the DHSMV rules for the new Surrender Stop process. Your letters and timelines are electronically archived in your account.

We’re excited to offer our ELT customers this handy feature once again. A how- to guide is available for users via an ADD Newsbrief, after log-in.

For questions about the Surrender Stop letters or any of ADD’s dealer and lender services, call our toll-free customer support line 855-300-3455 or email us at info@add123.com.
