• ….that the letters “I/i”, “O/o” and “Q/q” never appear in a VIN? If you think you see an “O/o” or “Q/q”, it is a “zero” and if you think there is an “I/i”, it is a “one” or a lower case “L”.
• … that your NMVTIS Record Manifest allows for you to view and edit every VIN that you’ve reported to NMVTIS through your full-service ADD account?
• … that all DirectPost-Office certified mail goes out at 10am every day? DPO packets created after 10am will be mailed out the following day.
• …. The ADD office is open, with friendly customer service available, Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm EST and Saturday, 10am-6pm EST

• Tuesday, December 24th: 8:00 am-1:00 pm EST
• Wednesday, December 25th: Closed
• Tuesday, December 31st: 8:00am-1:00 pm EST
• Wednesday, January 1st: Closed

ADD will be open during normal business hours on all other days:

• 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern on Monday through Friday
• 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern on Saturday
