Auto Data Direct is excited to announce its upcoming EFS training webinars! ADD will provide a general overview of the process of performing temporary tag issuances and permanent title and registration issuances, while highlighting common issues our dealers encounter. ADD will provide tips for handling rejections from tax collectors or license plate agencies, and will cover how to decide when you should contact Auto Data Direct for assistance and when you should reach out to your tax collector or license plate agency instead. You may not know how to resolve the often-encountered issues with improperly cancelled out-of-state titles, or you may not know exactly how to resolve often-encountered ‘Body Type’ disagreements- all of this and more will be answered!

In addition, ADD will provide also provide time for Q & A in addition to taking suggestions for system improvements you’d like to see.
