So what is ADD working on to make a great service even better? ADDTag customers can expect some big enhancements in 2015. ADD has an approved Memorandum of Understanding with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) and is in the process of programming the new, modernized Electronic Filing System (EFS) and ETR system. This ‘labor of love’ for ADD customers is dependent on the Department’s timeframe, but is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2015.

For ADD customers, this offers a new choice in issuing plates. A dealer can choose to remain an ETR print-on-demand temp-tag provider or become an EFS metal plate provider through ADD, all with the high-quality programming and personalized customer service they expect and deserve.

Also coming in 2015 are several new dealer management system integration options. As changes are made and become available, ADD will keep ADDTag customers informed about how each of these enhancements can make your daily business transactions, faster, easier, and better than ever!
