ADD offers driving records from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) official databases. A Florida driving record provides information detailing a person’s driving history, which may include driving violations, license suspensions, restrictions or other information. ADD offers four reports to choose from:

3 Year FL Driver History:

• Eligible or ineligible status of DL
• Current address on file with the DHSMV
• Driving infractions adjudicated by the courts
• Restrictions and suspensions during the past three years as recorded by the Florida DHSMV

7 Year FL Driver History:

• Eligible or ineligible status of DL
• Current address on file with the DHSMV
• Driving infractions adjudicated by the courts
• Restrictions and suspensions during the past seven years as recorded by the Florida

11 Year (Complete) FL Driver History:

• Eligible or ineligible status of DL
• Current address on file with the DHSMV
• All adjudicated AND non-adjudicated driving infractions, tickets, restrictions, suspensions, correspondence, driving schools and all major infractions such as DUIs during the past 11 years as recorded by the Florida DHSMV

Florida Driver License Status Query

• Valid, invalid, or suspended status of a DL
• Most current address on file with the DHSMV
