Update: Texas DMV123 Inquires

On Sunday November 20, 2015 TxDMV implemented a new inquiry system that made substantial changes to the underlying format of Texas records and how they are accessed. Since implementing the new system TxDMV has been experiencing technical issues that have caused the system to be unavailable intermittently.

Because of the changes made by TxDMV, users may notice that a Texas query takes longer than before, or connection failures may occur. ADD is hopeful that TxDMV will resolve these issues in a timely manner. In the meantime:

  • Do not refresh the processing screen or hit the back button on your browser.
  • If you receive a Connection Failure error message, please try your query again. You WILL NOT be charged for the failed inquiry in the event of a connection failure.

Texas inquiries are now in Beta Testing Due to the significant changes made by TxDMV, ADD’s Texas inquiries will be in beta testing for the next several weeks. Beta testing is a phase of software testing in which the intended users have access to a product before development changes are finalized.

We are asking each of our customers to carefully review the data received for Texas inquiries and report any discrepancies or concerns to us immediately at info@add123.com or 850-877-8804. No other state inquiries are affected.
